I started with a Trading212 account and the ambition to systematise trading. That led to teaching myself Python, which became Taciturn — an autonomous trading system that runs 24/7 executing gold and silver spot forex trades via the OANDA API.
Alongside that I'm conducting independent research into carbon nanotubes, specifically their applications in medicine — production scaling challenges and comparisons with nanoparticle approaches for gene delivery. No formal background in materials science.
Both projects started from scratch. No courses, no degree in either field — just documentation, iteration, and building things that actually work.
